On Saturday, November 9, 2013, the Thomistic Institute will host a day-long symposium entitled Thomas Aquinas & Philosophical Realism. The event begins at 11:00 A.M. and lasts until 5:00 P.M. It will be held at the NYU Catholic Center, 238 Thompson St., New York City. The speakers for the symposium are Fr. James Brent, O.P. from the Catholic University of America, Dr. Candace Vogler from the University of Chicago, Dr. Edward Feser from Pasadena College, and Dr. John Haldane from St. Andrew’s University, with Dr. J. David Vellemann from New York University and Fr. Thomas Joseph White, O.P., as respondents.
